Been waiting almost 10 days for them to call me and schedule an appointment. I got the letter in the mail last week stating my insurance was approved. They were very short with me when I went in. No worries I'll go somewhere else. A joke really.

Dr. Massoud was incredible. I have pretty severe dental anxiety and he was very patient and understanding with me. He walked me through everything. He did two fillings for me and the drilling was gentle enough for me to drown out the sound with my headphones. He worked very quickly and paid attention to details. I’ve been to some sus dentists, trying to make up problems just to get money out of you. Dr. Massoud did exactly what was needed and didn’t put any pressure on me to fix any cosmetic issues. Overall, 10/10 experience. I’m so happy I found a dentist in Springfield :)

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Went in for 3 fillings 2 were old fillings that needed replacing the other was a new filling. Now I’m in excruciating pain. I went back and he said oh you need a root canal and a crown on all 3 teeth. 🤦🏾‍♀️ didn’t need it before they worked on my teeth. I’m on a medical card so it’s almost impossible to find specialized dentist. I have scheduled with a different dentist to get my teeth removed much easier and not costly. I have missing teeth. They asked if I was interested in a bridge. I said yes how much they quoted me about 4500 dollars. I asked if they did payment plans. They said no I would have to pay up front. I told them I’m paying for my child’s braces which is way more important than me getting a bridge. So I denied it. They call me and say you have an appointment for us to talk about the bridge you wanted. I told the receptionist that I don’t want a bridge and she proceeded to argue with me that I’ve scheduled an appointment for a bridge. The only reason I went here is because my dentist office can’t keep a dentist more than 6 months. I’m probably going to have to go to a dentist out of town. The dentist

I went to this office years ago when my job had to change insurance, and it was the absolute worst experience of my life. I was numbed but got my gums stabbed at before the medicine kicked in. I left the office bloody mouthed and full of cotton balls in my cheeks. I had to take a Tylenol when I left just for the pain. The bill was a lot more than was originally told, and it was not worth the money. It is a small office, but it is NO EXCUSE to treat your patients like garbage. I feel this practitioner should NOT have their license after the experience i had within the first week of their operation. I would have reviewed a lot earlier but forgot the name of the business.

We just recently learned about Dr Massoud who is in town. We were previously taking our now 4 year old daughter to the center in Auburn. My daughter fell and chipped her front baby tooth at the playground. Initially the damage was minimal, but we decided to have her seen for reassurance anyways. Dr Massoud was very friendly and helpful. He explained the process thoroughly and helped my daughter feel very comfortable with the clinic. Sadly, over the weekend, my daughter bit an apple and ended up damaging her tooth further. The chip became loose and somewhat painful (but still attached to gum). We called again and were immediately seen on Monday at 8:30 am. By that time, my daughter was a lot more comfortable going to the dentist. We came to conclusion that the chip had to be extracted. Dr Massoud was very professional and finished the procedure within minutes (with topical anesthesia). My daughter needed some encouragement and was only slightly nervous. She basically recovered during the 10 minute ride home. She was immediately happy and pain free! We also got a referral to a pediatric restorative orthodontist (just in case the tooth was still painful or needed some cosmetic adjus
